Lodging Rooms available for Friday night, April 21

Friday, April 21

• 6 PM-8PM — check in, welcome packet.
• 6 PM – 10PM Cocktail reception: drinks and heavy appetizers provided. Band or DJ in the side yard. Music from the 60s all the way through to today’s music.
• Pub crawl afterwards, on your own (optional)

Saturday, April 22

• 9:30 AM — coffee, juice, and donuts in the side yard.
• 10:30 AM to 12 noon: Meet the Alumni and Active Brothers: We’ll have each member introduce themselves to the group. We’ll also provide a list with “contact info & career focus” to build relationships between alumni and active brothers.
• Informal Q&A session: Active brothers can submit questions in advance about careers, fraternity life, etc. This will be answered in-person by alums (brief 2-minute or less responses)
• 12 noon to 1:00 PM Lunch in the side yard with music provided.
• 1 PM to 3 PM: Dedication of the new house, includes “thank you” recognition remarks, MU University official’s remarks, brief report from the housing corporation, (Wraps up with 30-minute guided house tours in groups of 10-12 people. Begin in “shotgun starts” from different stations throughout the house)
• 3 PM to 5 PM – Closing session: celebratory champagne toast and reception
  Optional: 2-3 fraternity songs
  Beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks provided until 5 PM.
